In GOLD PLUS Point-of-Sale, Billing, Inventory and Bar-coding is 100% integrated with the Accounting System and also Customer and Vendor (Karigar / Artisan / Smith) Management. All the modules in gold plus are integrated with Financial Accounting System. On line effect of each and every transaction can be viewed right upto Balance Sheet. Gold plus offers all statutorily required financial reports including reports for VAT, sales/Purchase/Artisan/Approval registers, Income & Expense Statement and ledger Accounts

This module helps the client in adding/deleting/altering any product,sub product and items. Iin addition to these features it also displays all the products, sub-products and items related to each form.


STOCK MANAGEMENT:
Take advantage of the Jewellery Industry’s most powerful Inventory System! With it you’ll know how much inventory you have, how much you’ve sold and how much it’s all worth. GOLD PLUS will accurately track quantity on-hand and reorder quantities, create assemblies, assign multiple price levels and define vendors. GOLD PLUS will even automatically update your inventory after you invoice your customers or purchase new stock from vendors or move inventory to different locations.
ON-LINE BILLING:
Customers spend hours in selecting and buying jewellery, but when it comes to billing, customers want instant billing to take place; gold plus provides instant billing facility. The detailed bill includes Amount, discount (if any), details of cash / cheque / credit card payment and old metal return (if any). At the time of billing, all these details can be entered through single voucher only and all relevant effects to stocks, customer data, sales data, cash and bank balances as well as credit card information are passed on-line.

                

ORDER MANAGEMEN:
This module helps in tracking customer orders and Artisan orders. Customer as well as Artisan orders tracking become very easy with the help of query as well as reminders on delivery schedules. Daily reminders are available before starting any other works in GOLD PLUS.

BARCODE:
This module enables preparation of Bar Coded Tags. Preparing sales invoices just by scanning bar coded tags results in faster invoice preparation. Stock reconciliation option of GOLD PLUS facilitates users in tallying physical inventory with computerized stock even while other functions like sales, purchase, issue and receipt of stock is going on. Stock reconciliation helps users in identifying missing inventory items easily and quickly

SCHEMES MANAGEMENT:
This module covers all the aspects of chits and monthly deposits schemes, it includes name and address search, pd cheques, receipts closure, signature scan, paid and unpaid list of customers and total outstanding.
CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT:
Complete customer information is always available at your fingertips along with Purchase history. Every customer balance is just a few clicks away. Print mailing labels in batch or single mode based on any user specified criteria such as zip codes, area codes, states, birthdays etc.
Customer’s purchases, statements, credit histories can be displayed instantly without having to run a report. Automatic reminder system for customer commitments as well as birthdates and anniversary dates helps you in providing excellent services to your customers.


SALES MANAGEMENT:
